My FAVORITE banana bread...try it!


Most IMPORTANT..... cook in a 9x13 and 8x8! mmmm....perfectly cooked squares of yumminess! No burned edges. No raw center. :)

Here is the recipe:
1 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup +2 Tbs brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil (i use canola)
3 or 4 REALLY ripe bananas
2 Tbs Sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat sugar and eggs for 10 minutes. Add the bananas, sour cream & vanilla. Mix. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in the nuts. Pour into greased 9x13 & 8x8 glass dishes (or just 9x13 if you want the pieces thicker). Cook about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on the counter. Enjoy!
